What does a session feel like?
Relaxing! I guide you on a meditative journey, where you achieve a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness, that allows you to access Guidance & receive messages from your soul.
Many clients have shared that after their session, they feel that they are an empowered version of themselves.
What if I cannot get into the relaxed and heightened state of awareness?
There are levels of relaxation and heightened awareness.
In the Many sessions I have facilitated, no one has not been able to reach the level to connect with their soul
and recieve Guidance to their questions.
What can I expect during my session?
It is best to not have any expectations. It is best to be as open as you can to the journey.
Do I need to create a list of questions before my session?
Yes. I invite you to use the questions above as a guide. Together, we will go over your questions to align them with your intention,
so you can receive the Greatest beneft from your session.
Will I receive Guidance from my Guides and other Light Beings?
Yes. I call your Heaven’s Team (angels, guidnaces, etc.) to join the session.
You can also request a light presence (Saint) you are connected with to join.
Are your sessions done remotely?
Yes, via Zoom. Distance is not a barrier to your healing and transformative experience. I have found that my clients really like the remote sessions, as they are in the comfort of their home or office.
You will need a headset with a microphone that is close to your mouth for the session. It is important that I can hear you during the session and you can hear yourself in the session recording.
Will I receive a recording of my session?
Yes! I will provide you an audio recording of your session for your personal use after your session. *The pre-session intake and process is not recorded.
Please allow up to 1-2 days to receive your recording. It is your responsibility to download and save your session recording(s), as they are not kept forever.
How do I prepare for my session?
Relax and have no expectations of what will happen. This helps bring the fullest experience possible.
What if I need a bathroom break during the session?
That is not a problem. After your bathroom break, we will simply pick up exactly where we left off.
Are others allowed to be present during my Online session?
No. You have the option of sharing your audio recording with others.
Can anyone have a session?
You must be 18 years or older. After you make your appointment, you will receive a Consent Form,
that states you are 18 years, to electronically sign.
How many sessions are needed?
The number of sessions needed can vary depending on your goals.
Many clients experience significant healing and transformation with just one session,
while others may benefit with more than 1 session.
